Kendra Weber is the Director of Student and Community Engagement at Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota. She previously served as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at University of Minnesota Rochester. Her background in student affairs includes advising, retention and organizational development. She also has experience working with community members to develop creative approaches which benefit all involved, and has served the community in roles including board member with the Rochester Area Family YMCA and as chair of Education & Workforce Development Day for Leadership Greater Rochester.
Weber has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications-Public Relations from St. Cloud State University and a Master’s degree in Counseling & Student Personnel from Oklahoma State University. She is a Certified Education Specialist for the Let Me Learn® Advanced Learning System and a doctoral student at the University of Minnesota, in Organizational Leadership and Professional Development, with an emphasis in Higher Education Administration.
